The Brief:
Our client needed a secure and weatherproof space to store their ski boat all year-round, with access coming from under an existing carport. A wider door was essential to make reversing the boat into the shed as easy as possible.
The Process:
With a sewer easement near the construction area, we ensured compliance by providing deeper footings closest to the easement and a 300mm edge beam to accommodate the sloping site.
The Result:
The boat is now safely housed and protected from the elements, with easy access that makes reversing a breeze!
