Consultation

The first step of our process is an initial consultation and site inspection, so we can understand exactly what you’re hoping to achieve and can get a lay of the land – literally!

We’ll discuss how you’ll use the space, if you have plans to expand even further in the future, and we’ll take into account things like access and topography, too.

Our experienced team will assess the area with Council requirements in mind, and will advise on the level of site demands involved in your project.

Project Cost Estimate

After we’ve provided you with a quote, we’ll sit down with you to make sure you understand everything that’s included.

Once your project goes ahead, our contracts are fixed price. This means you’ll know exactly what your investment is.

We believe in full transparency and integrity when we provide our quote – there are no hidden costs when you work with Ultimate Shed.

Design + Plan

Drawing upon the latest technology available to us, as well as our decades of experience, we will design your project so that it stands the test of time.

Taking into account council regulations, the usage and your style, we custom design your project to suit your needs. You can be involved as much or as little as you like in this process.

By taking the time to truly understand your wants and needs, we can quote fairly and accurately. This means you won’t have any nasty surprises when it comes to your final bill. We work hard to strike a balance between the most cost-effective methods of building, and ensuring your project meets our incredibly high standards.

Project Cost Finalised

We account for all project costs when we quote on a project. This means there are no nasty surprises or hidden costs involved when you work with Ultimate Shed.

We’ll walk you through all the associated costs with your project, make sure you understand and agree to your quote, and if everybody’s happy, we’ll draw up your contract.

Once your project costs are finalised, that price is locked in.

Contract

Your building contract will include all the specifications of your project and the project timelines.

We’ll take you through this document to ensure you understand everything, and we’ll explain any terms or clauses that need further clarification.

Council Applications

We’ll take the stress out of the council application process for you.

We’ve been working with local councils for decades, so we know exactly what is needed to acquire the right permits and regulations from your specific council, and have the relationships to ensure a smooth process.

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, from your initial council application through to your final inspection.

Concrete Stage

Within 2-3 weeks of receiving your Council permit, we can usually commence concrete work.

This varies from site to site and may be dependent on the weather!

One of our team will give you a call to advise you of your proposed start date, and will keep you informed throughout the process.

Construction

When you work with Ultimate Shed, you get all the benefits of working with a registered Master Builder who specialises in Shed construction.

Our network of tradespeople includes earthworkers, construction teams, electricians and plumbers, so you don’t have to shop around to get your project completed with all the bells and whistles.

We take the hassle out of building by providing all your options in one place, and taking care of all Council Submissions and legislative requirements as part of your project.

Completed Project Inspection

Upon completion of your project, we’ll contact you to arrange a completed building inspection.

This step is an important part of our process, to make sure you’re thrilled with the finished product, and can start using your new shed straight away.
