The Brief:

Our client, a retirement lifestyle village, required a large space with plenty of height – not just to accommodate tall equipment, but to allow for future construction of a mezzanine level.

The space needed to be temperature controlled, accommodate their height requirements and blend in seamlessly with the surroundings. Challenge accepted!

The Process:

To improve the temperature control within the shed, we designed the structure with three rotary vents in the roof for improved air flow and a foam cell shed liner to sections of the enclosed roof for adequate insulation.

The 4.1m high structure was finished in Colorbond Pale Eucalypt monocled wall cladding and corrugated roof cladding.

The Result:

We’re thrilled with how this project turned out for the team at Westmont Aged Care. With every requirement fulfilled, and plans to expand at a later date, we look forward to working with the team again when it’s time to install their mezzanine level inside this structure.
