The Brief: 

Our client was keen to create self-storage units on his premises, due to the growing market for self-storage in the local area. He needed a team that was able to translate his ideas from concept through to completion.

The Process:

Taking into consideration the existing sheds on the property, we designed two sheds to accommodate 24 self-storage units in total, with plans to continue expanding in line with demand. We used Colorbond roof and wall cladding in the shade Monument to match the existing sheds, with gutters, barges and roller doors in Dune.

The Result: 

We have now completed two of the three stages of this development, and the owner is very happy; so much so that he phoned his Ultimate Shed sales rep and builder to thank them personally.
